Audience measurement and trackers
The website uses no advertising cookies, behavioural tracking tools or other browsing trackers. Google Search Console is used solely to view aggregated data about the website’s visibility in search results (SEO/GEO). It does not allow KnoXia to track your browsing on this website.
Contact form
A simple contact form is available. Les données renseignées (nom, adresse e-mail, objet et message) seront utilisées uniquement pour répondre à votre demande. La base légale de ce traitement est l’intérêt légitime de KnoXia à répondre aux messages reçus.
Recipients and processors
Only authorised KnoXia personnel can access messages. Form emails will be sent by Mailjet, acting as a processor. The website is hosted by Vercel.
Retention period
Messages sent through the contact form will be kept for 12 months after the last exchange, then deleted, unless a legal obligation or dispute requires otherwise.
Your rights
You may request access to, rectification or deletion of your data, restriction of or objection to its processing, and portability where applicable. To exercise these rights, write to contact@knoxia.eu. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL.
